Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within two business days.
Packages are processed at our location during weekdays only, no shipments will be made during weekends or federal holidays. During periods of increased demand your order may be delayed, if this is the case someone will contact you via email to inform you of the nature of the delay.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are not a guaranteed delivery date and you may receive your order before or after the estimated date.
*Rosecare.com reserves the right to cancel orders in the event that a shipping estimate is found to be less than the actually cost of shipping as charged by the carrier by an amount equal to or exceeding $10.00.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
At this time we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Depending on your shipping method you may or may not automatically receive a tracking number with your order confirmation email. If you do not receive a tracking number and require one, please contact cooper@agriturfsupplies.com and one will be provided to you when it is available.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Rosecare.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Rosecare.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
